Event information

The V International Conference/Days of Applied mathematics aims to share concrete experiences of mathematical knowledge for solving situations/problems seen from different contexts. The event includes debates and workshops led by national and international researcher professors, and all topics are of great interest to students and professors. The "Olympics of Applied Mathematics of University-OMAU" and the "Olympics of Applied Mathematics of the High School-OMAC" will be held. With this latest activity the idea is to mitigate the gap between High school and Higher Education in the region, inviting students of the 11th grade (11) and their math teacher (s) from schools and institutions of Higher Education located in the metropolitan area of Barranquilla that are interested in participating.
